WNY Maritime Charter School Boat Building Class

Young Makers (Maker is under 18yo)
The Hand to Hand Program uses wooden boat building as a tool to teach technical and practical life skills to high school students. Under the guidance of trained mentors, students learn the value of craftsmanship and communication.

What inspired you to make this project?
This is an annual project that my school makes. This is our 5th year making the boats.
