I started building banjos when my then four-year-old daughter asked for a banjo for her birthday. I couldn't find any that were small enough to suit her so I decided to try to make a small one for her out of mostly scrap materials. After that I made a couple for myself and caught the maker bug and have started to make them for other folks.

What inspired you to make this project?
I was inspired by my daughter to start building banjos and continued building banjos when I fell in love with it.
